Do you ship globally?

Not yet! For now, we are just shipping domestically, but stay tuned as we expand our shipping options!

When will my order arrive?We use standard ground shipping, so once you receive a shipping confirmation you will receive your order in 3-5 business days!

Can I return coffee?

If you’re not satisfied with your order, email us at info@blqk.coffee and we will refund any products that didn’t work out!

How can I cancel my subscription?

Make sure to log into your BLQK account, then click “Account” in the upper-right hand corner. To pause, cancel or adjust your subscription, click “Manage Subscription”.

Where is your coffee roasted?

Our coffee is sourced from around the globe, but it is all hand-roasted in Los Angeles.

How does BLQK give back?

We admire social justice work in its many moving forms. Our lane in this movement is building community through improving access to quality education, bridging opportunity gaps for young marginalized people, and supporting food justice. We are committed to donating 25% of our profits to nonprofits that do this work. Please stay tuned for a complete report of who we are supporting and why! 

When we have the opportunity to support and collaborate with organizers who focus on components of activism outside of our scope, we will enthusiastically support them as best we can.

How do subscriptions renew?

All subscriptions will be shipped at the frequency you choose. You can pause or cancel your subscription in the "Manage Subscription" section of your account page.
